Fosiki Support Contracts for Foswiki
If you and your business rely on your Foswiki, and you can’t justify a full-time, in-house Foswiki developer and administrator, the FosikiSupport Contract is for you. Expert Foswiki developers provide you with undivided attention to quickly resolve any problem that may arise, enabling you to keep focused on your business.
Foswiki was designed to add value to your company. The FosikiSupport Contract provides even more.
We offer three options:
Upgrades ‘n Stuff ~ AU$1,000: 12.5 hours
- We help get you up and and running, and advise you if you get stuck.
- We work with you to find workarounds, and help you report bugs in sufficient detail so that they can be resolved by the Foswiki community.
Standard ~ AU$3,000: 37.5 hours
- We work with you to find workarounds, and help you report bugs in sufficient detail so that they can be resolved by the Foswiki community.
- We run tests to define problems and provide patches to solve them; patches are published in the Foswiki.org Tasks system and applied to the mainline whenever possible.
Enterprise ~ AU$10,000: 125 hours
- We work with you to keep your Foswiki running smoothly.
- If it ever fails, your Foswiki will be our exclusive priority until we have a resolution.
- We provide customised solutions for all issues until they are resolved in the mainline Foswiki.
